August 20, 2008 The Twins will consider promoting reliever Robert Delaney in September, even though he is not on the 40-man roster, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. Delaney, 23, opened the year at High-A and has since been promoted to Double-A. He is 3-3 with a 1.94 ERA, 0.86 WHIP, 69 strikeouts, 15 saves, and a .199 BAA over 60.2 innings.
