In the ongoing saga of Alexander Radulov, it now appears that he is willing to accept a return to the NHL if that is what the official ruling on his case deem necessary, according to TSN. "...I never said I don't want to go back to the NHL or something like that...I'm playing in Russia and happy the way it's going now. If I stay here, I would stay here for a year and see how things go. I'm not saying no (to the NHL) because I'm not sure what's going to happen in one year."

The AP reports that the IIHF ruled that Alexander Radulov had a binding agreement to serve the one year remaining on his Predators’ contract and that he was wrong to sign a contract to play in the KHL earlier this summer. “Until the court decision, he will play in Russia,” KHL chairman Alexander Medvedev told The Associated Press Wednesday.

The KHL has agreed to arbitration for the case of Alexander Radulov, but he NHL has not agreed to the terms as they are currently laid out, according the Tennessean. The KHL wants the cases to be heard in the country where the issues have occurred, whereas the NHL wants the cases heard in a neutral country. "We have suggested arbitration before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), out of Lausanne, Switzerland," NHL deputy Commissioner Bill Daly said.
