The suit, filed by three season ticket holders in Seattle, suggests that Bennett provide 1,400 free season tickets to former holders. "The fact that the team formerly known as the Sonics is now playing in Oklahoma City does not negate the defendant's contractual obligations," said lawyer Frederick Schoepflin.
